FAQs

How do I sign up for the promotion?
Fill out the email in the registration form, click "Join", then sign in or create an account on Travelpayouts using the same email. It will only take a couple of minutes.
When is the deadline to sign up?
You can sign up at any time until the end of the promotion (15.12.2023). Once it comes to a close, we'll count up all the bookings you bring to participating brands throughout the promotion (17.11.2023 – 15.12.2023), regardless of when you signed up. Please note, only registered participants will be able to take advantage of the special terms set out by the brands, as well as newsletters with useful tips from Travelpayouts.
Where can I find promo codes from brands?
Promo codes and detailed prize information can be found on the brand pages in the Programs section of your personal Travelpayouts account.
During which period will bookings count towards the overall results of the contest?
When rounding up the results, we'll take into account all the bookings you bring in for participating brands from 17.11.2023 to 15.12.2023 with a Confirmed or Pending status.
Will bookings of any brands count towards the overall results of the contest?
Only the number of bookings you bring in for brands participating in the promotion will count towards your overall place in the rankings and your chances of winning a prize.
Can I find out my current ranking among participants during the promotion?
We won't disclose the rankings during the promotion
Will I find out my ranking among participants after the promotion ends?
We won't disclose the rankings publicly after the promotion ends.
Do only paid bookings count?
Only bookings that you bring in for participating brands throughout the promotion period (17.11.2023 – 15.12.2023) with a Confirmed or Pending status at the end of the promotion will count.
Will I be able to see my earnings and potential earnings with increased reward rates from participating brands in my Travelpayouts stats during the promotion?
Your reports display your balance according to the standard booking rates. Your additional earnings will be credited separately after the promotion ends.
How will I be paid for bookings made during the promotion?
We'll pay you for bookings made during the promotion period in the same way as always – in accordance with the payout process established by the Travelpayouts public offer.

For example, if a user books a hotel in November for June, an increased rate will be applied to the booking. However, the booking will only receive the "Confirmed" status after the user has stayed in the hotel. This means that the partner will receive payment for this booking, including the increased rate, in July.
How many grand prizes are there?
There's only one grand prize. Other prizes will be awarded by brands, available in the Top Earners and Quick Start categories.
What kind of prizes will brands be giving out?
Brands will be giving the winners with increased reward rates, exclusive promo codes, and other bonuses that will be valid for a limited time after the Black Friday Sprint promotion ends.
Where can I find out more about the prizes on offer in the Top Earners and Quick Start nomination categories?

When will I receive my brand bonuses if I win a Top Earners or Quick Start nomination?
You'll receive your brand bonuses within seven days of the promotion results being announced.
Can I participate if I've never worked with Travelpayouts before?
Yes, even newbies can win prizes. After registering on the Travelpayouts platform, be sure to enter information about the channels (website, blog, or socials) you'll be placing affiliate links and widgets on, and start connecting to the brands participating in the Black Friday Sprint promotion
Who is considered a "newbie" and hence can be nominated for Quick start prize?
For the Black Friday Sprint promotion, partners who have joined the brand's partner program after November 1, 2023, will be classified as "newbies".
When will the contest results be announced?
The results will be announced on 22.12.2023
How will the results of the contest be announced?
We'll announce the results of the contest on the Travelpayouts blog, social networks, and in emails that will be sent out to all participants.
How will I know if I've won a prize or not?
On December 22, 2023, we'll announce the results on the Travelpayouts blog and on social media platforms. You'll also receive an email informing you whether or not you've won a prize.
Is it possible to win multiple nominations?
You can win multiple nominations. For example, you could take home the grand prize and also be the top earner with multiple brands. Or you could win the Quick Start nomination for one brand and be the top earner for another.
